INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 500 g of clean Monalfungo mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of corn flour
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- Parsley
- Peanut oil for frying
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Time 30 minutes, low difficulty
- Cut the mushrooms into 1 cm thick slices. Wash and dry the parsley.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs; in a dish mix the fioretto flour with the grated parmesan and the finely chopped parsley leaves.
- Pass the mushrooms in the beaten egg and then in the flour mixed with parsley and parmesan.
- Fry the mushrooms a little at a time in plenty of oil, brown them and drain them with a slotted spoon. Place them on absorbent kitchen paper, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and serve hot.
